Witz & Marbles raises awareness for children’s emotional wellness and helps stimulate an open dialogue with their parents about their feelings.  Our themed emotional wellness kits are mindfully curated for children between the ages of 4 and 12.  

These kits can be explored individually, but most of its activities are meant to be enjoyed cooperatively as a family.  

Select a month to month subscription or a term of 3, 6 or 12 months and continue the conversation about emotional wellness.

No we are not!  These kits are not to be used as a medical advice nor should they be used as a replacement for it.  

They are simply a way to help raise awareness and open a dialogue for families regarding emotional wellness.  

The founders of Witz & Marbles are parents and teachers who know the value of keeping the lines of communication open.  Although we are not doctors, the authors that write a majority of the books and activities in our kits are doctors and psychologists who have experience in dealing with children and the sensitive issues they face.

What a thoughtful idea!  We don’t have gift certificates, but we would be happy to help you purchase kits or subscriptions for someone you love.  At the time of checkout enter the recipient's address for shipping and your information for billing.

These mindfully curated kits will be differentiated each month and by age range.  

Kits will include things like emotional wellness themed story/picture books, co-operative games, exercise/activity cards, calendars to track feelings, sensory toy/activity and more.  No two kits are the same and it will always be a surprise to find out what’s inside.

There is no correct way to use the kits, but there is an easy-to-use guide that explains all the activities.  These kits have been designed for your children to have fun while learning more about their emotional wellness and feelings.  

Feel free to opt-in/sign up for our e-newsletter.  You will find varied resources for parents and reminders to attend our monthly Facebook Live sessions where we will feature special guests including psychologists that will take a number of questions regarding a specific theme.

No we do not, as we are not medical professionals.  However, we like many organizations that state they provide help to children and to parents.

No. With or without a diagnosis, our fun co-operative kits offer opportunities for conversations to be started about emotional wellness. Even without a diagnosis, children can potentially benefit from our goal to raise awareness about their feelings through the activities and items in the kit.

The time you and your children invest is your choice. Use the activities once or use them multiple times to see the personal growth of your child. We suggest reading the books multiple times using different open ended questions to help draw on different concepts and ideas. The game element is also something that will provide you and your family with even more fun and engaging activities multiple times.  The sensory item can be used repeatedly or simply whenever your child feels like it.  The daily activity cards and other thought and conversation provoking elements will be up to all of you to determine your frequency.  

This kit is not meant to add any burden on you or your family.  Instead, it is mindfully curated to have fun with it whenever you like for as long as you like!

Kits have been developed for two age groups: 4 to 8 and 9 to 12. You will find similar themes in both age groups but the reading level of the books and the complexity of the activities are what differ.

You know your child best. Children may not always be their age in years as they may be more emotionally aware. Determine where your child's emotional intelligence lands and the age range that will be more appropriate.

We believe that when learning about emotional wellness, it's best for the whole family to be engaged. Some activities can be done independently, but we encourage family involvement.

We try to ensure each kit is inclusive for all families so that you can find something useful to support your child with their emotional wellness.  

At this time, our kits are available only in English. However, we are looking to expand our kits to include more languages in the near future.

Yes, we are able to provide more customized kits dedicated solely to teachers for a classroom.  For more information, please email us at: info@witzandmarbles.com 

Absolutely. You can do so by subscribing to a ‘Month to Month’ subscription which you may cancel anytime after the first month has been shipped. In the event you cancel your ‘Month to Month’ subscription after a subsequent kit has been billed, you will receive that kit but will not be billed moving forward.

You will receive your kits monthly, YAY!  We can't wait for you to tell us your child and family's experiences with the kits.

For the 'Month to Month' package, kits will be billed on the same date each month based on the date your order was initially placed. If your order was placed on the 5th of a month, all subsequent kits will also be billed on that date.  

For the prepaid subscription packages, you will be billed immediately upon confirmation of your order, before your first kit is shipped out.

If you are thinking of cancelling, we’re sad to see you go, but have you thought about switching your subscription or putting your account on hold?

Be sure to cancel your subscription prior to 11:59pm EST on the day before your renewal date if you would like to stop receiving kits.

At any time, you are able to turn off the “auto renew” by logging into your account.  Once your first subscription term is complete, you will not be billed or shipped any new kits.

We are not able to cancel prepaid subscriptions. Once the kits have been shipped in their entirety, and auto renew has been turned off, no new kits will be billed or shipped.

If you are thinking of changing your subscription, you are welcome to do so by logging into your account.  You cannot change a prepaid subscription. However, you can choose change from 'Month to Month' to a prepaid one or the reverse if you choose.  Please login to your account to make those changes.

Renewed Subscriptions: Before the end of each subscription term, we will send you an email to confirm your next subscription start date. Should you choose to make changes prior to the next subscription term, please login to your account and make the necessary changes prior to 11:59pm EST the day before your renewal date.

Non-Renewed Subscriptions: Before the end of your subscription term, we will send you a notification to advise you that your subscription is almost complete. At this time, we will encourage you to try our upcoming online portal or advise you of any new kits or promotions that we are offering.

You may have cancelled your subscription just after the renewal date and time.

Be sure to cancel your subscription prior to 11:59pm EST on the day before your renewal date (noted in your email confirmation) if you would like to stop receiving kits. You are able to stop auto-renewing subscriptions once the first term has shipped.

If you cancel after this time and date, you will be shipped the kit you were charged for as we try to process kits as efficiently as possible. Moving forward, no new kits will be billed or shipped.


Yes, and thank you for continuing the conversation about emotional wellness. When you sign up for a subscription, you are automatically enrolled into an auto-renew subscription. 

At any time you are able to login to your account and de-select the “Auto Renew” if you choose.

The currency of the shop is in CAD as a default.  If you live in USA, the currency will be shown to you in USD.  

If you live outside of North America, the currency will be displayed in the default currency of CAD.  

Depending on the country with which you live, your credit card company will convert the amount to your country’s currency. The currency rate will be determined at the time the payment is processed. There may be fluctuations due to additional fees and various policies from your credit card company.

If you have received a promo code, you can use it at the time of checkout. Click “Apply” to ensure it is added to your order.

Absolutely. Email us at info@witandmarbles.com to send us more info about your organization, the number of kits you are looking for and the date you’d like to have them shipped.  We will offer you a bulk discount pricing.

Absolutely. Be sure to enter your billing information and the recipient's name and address for shipping if you’d like the kit(s) to go directly to them. 

We accept all major credit cards and Apple Pay for 'Month to Month' and termed/pre-paid subscriptions.

In the event your account is identified as “On Hold", it normally suggests that there was an error in processing payment. Please login to your account to ensure your billing information is up to date.

If the billing information is inaccurate, please email our Customer Service Team at: info@witzandmarbles.com 

If you try to login to your account and are unsuccessful, please double check the password you are using. If you are unsure of the format, click “Forgot password” and a new password will be issued to you via email. 

If it is still not working, please email our Customer Service Team at: info@witzandmarbles.com and we will look into it within one business day.

You are able to update your billing information by logging into your account and selecting the “Billing” tab and then selecting “Edit” to make the necessary changes.

As soon as your order has been placed, we strive to have your kit out to you within 72 hours. Please anticipate orders shipping within North America to take 5-10 business days. International orders should take approximately 10-15 days after shipping although additional delays may occur due to customs issues.

Your kits, thereafter will be shipped out either on the 1st or 15th of each month, depending on which is closest to your original order date.

We deliver our kits internationally, as we would like to raise awareness and stimulate conversations about emotional wellness for children and families globally.

Shipping fees will be added at checkout and costs vary for the country the kits are being delivered to.

Yes, at the time of check out you will be asked to include the email of the person you wish to receive the shipping and tracking notifications. 

With each kit, you will receive an email notification to advise you that your kit has been processed and shipped, along with subsequent relevant updates.

You are able to update your shipping address by logging into your account selecting “Shipping” and then select “Edit” to make changes. 

However, if an order has already been processed, you will need to speak directly with the third party shipping company.

Shipping confirmation emails will include a link to track your kits. Please check there first to see if there were any delays or issues with delivery. If you are still having trouble tracking your kit, please email our Customer Service Team at info@witzandmarbles.com 

Please anticipate orders shipping within North America to take 5 to 10 business days. International orders should take approximately 10 to 15 days after shipping, although additional delays may occur due to customs issues.

If you have not received your package after 3 weeks from the time of the shipping confirmation email, please email our Customer Service Team at info@witzandmarbles.com 

It's a fun membership community for our younger consumers of the kit.  It includes a variety of benefits and discounts.  In many cases, it is their first card, and they tend to feel very proud as it reminds them of being like their parents.  

The membership card is free, and is affixed to the front page of the User Guide which is placed inside the first kit only.  

There are two types of memberships within the Marbles Member Club:

- Mini Marbles Member Club: Ages 4 to 8

- Mighty Marbles Member Club: Ages 9 to 12

*Children can personalize their cards by writing their names on the signature pad, which is titled: "HAPPINESS BELONGS TO".
